Enjoyed brunch today at The Historic Magnolia House. If you've never been, you should try visiting. The food was great, however, the historical presence is greater. One of very few Green Book stops in NC, I'm so glad someone was able to restore it and keep it going. Thanks, Deidre Washington Borden for reminding me about their brunch. Spring Break in Miami 2026 (3.4-3.7.26)

 Now that she's almost 22, she trying to make me one of her little friends!

But I was honored to celebrate the final undergrad spring break with my little seedling, Maya Lake. We didn't tear Miami up too hard, just a little. She also got accepted into her top choice grad school while we were here. Fun times!
