Outdoor Afro Greensboro/Triad set out to take to the dunes and soar in the sky. We camped out at Oregon Inlet Campground in Nags Head (OBX).
The ocean devoured one of her shoes.

Everyone waiting while the instructors checked for the winds. Unfortunately, most were unable to complete the mission because the winds were too high.
Some of us heading back for attempt#2 later in the day with better winds.
I backed her in the space myself. It only took me about 15 minutes and several attempts, but I did it!!!
