The commemoration started off with camping at William B. Umstead State Park in the RDU area. Thanks to the generosity of Rodney Lovett with the NC State Parks Diversity & Inclusion division, some of us Outdoor Afro Greensboro/Triad members and families enjoyed camping and a commemoration breakfast/program.
The sun is shining in this pic, but it was a cat and dog rain storm prior.
Still perfecting my tent setup, but this was my first time using my new Qomotop Hub4 tent. I likey.
